This paper addresses the sexual and reproductive health and other health service needs of adolescents aged 10 – 17 engaged in selling sex in the Asia Pacific region. It provides an outline for a comprehensive response on the principle of “first, do no harm” – one that takes into account each adolescent's unique motivations and circumstances in formulating an appropriate and minimal intervention across child protection and health systems, informed by the best practices of both.
